About Us

Established in 1966 the institute was established to meet the needs of the Masbateno especially in the technical and vocational field. Masbate being known as an agricultural province needed to have institutions that would usher in new skills and knowledge that would create Masbate as a hub for innovative technology without having to forego its agricultural and aquatic roots. With this in mind the founders of this institute sourced the pioneer faculty members from cebu with the contract of providing ample housing allowances.

We as an institute have come a long way ready to face the challenges of today and tomorrow's world. We understand that we live in a dynamic environment that is constantly changing, so should our methodology in imparting the skills and knowledge of our school. With the onset of K12 and the internet we aim to usher in new ways of education not confined to the classroom but to individuals who thirst for these knowledge and skills wherever they may be.

Mission Statement 

To provide students with the necessary resources partnering with students, staff, business constituents by creating a binding contract that emphasizes on responsibility and collaborative effort producing lifelong learners with industry certifications. By developing a solid academic background required in post – secondary education optimizing individual skill levels that are necessary to meet and adapt to the challenges of society and to the country as a whole.
